Thirteen Reasons for the ol’ Frustrated Writer to Celebrate

1. I popped the question to my gal.
2. She was silent.
3. She cried.
4. She smiled.
5. She hugged me.
6. She kissed me.
7. She said “YES!”
8. I think I was even slightly romantic in the asking.
9. I might’ve even passed the “Slvr” test.  (Slvr knows what that means…)
10. I succeeded in keeping her totally oblivious to the question being asked.
11. The big date is tentatively in March of 2008.
12. She makes me stinkin’ happy.
13. I’m officially engaged.
